Delayed Ignition time 850

I have a 1996 850 with a 2,5l engine.

When the engine starts up nothing seem to be wrong. It idle at 800 - 900 rpm. But when I put it into Drive, it will not react as it should.

I have tested a lot of things. And have found out that the ignition are 30 degrees after TDC#1.

What have I done? Changed all sensors wich are flywheel, camshaft, MAP sensor.
I have checked the timingbelt and its position.
I have meassured the wires between each sensor an the ecu.
I have meassured the signals from the sensors with a scope!
I have adjusted the camshaft wheels.
I have disonnected the alternator.
I have ckecked the flywheel!

Several times when I'm starting up the car it runs normal. And I can drive for hours. But if I use the kickdown and passes an another car on the road, it goes back to the wrong ignition.

The car have never given any error codes!

Are there anyone who can help me? I would be very greatful!

I was going to suggest the RPM sensor but I think that's what you are calling the flywheel sensor? Are you absolutely sure the timing is out? Given all the checks you have done and the fact that the car acts up when under load (kickdown and passing) I would suspect a fuel related problem. Something as simple as the fuel filter or dirty injectors. Both these problems won't create fault codes. Start thinking fuel problem instead of ignition problem. My two cents....

Hey tonyg

Thank you for your answer!

The changes on the iginition are meassured with ignition lamp. Are you shure that a fuel problem will cause changed ignition timing? I have not checked all about this, but I've changed the fuel filter. So if you think that the injectors will change the ignition, I'll try that...

regards
thomi

PS.(your'e right about the RPM sensor)
