ticking noise - not valves 850

I have a 95 850 turbo. I've noticed that when I have the hood up that theirs a ticking noise. Sounds like its coming from the idler valve. Is this normal?
I think its when the car is cold and still warming up. Then all of a sudden it goes away. And its not the valves. They tick somewhat but this ticking is abit louder.

How old is the timing belt and tensioner? Sometimes you will get that ticking when the tensioner wears out.

I had them replaced around 2k ago. The sound comes more from the air stabilizer valve. Normally it just humms along. But since I'm been trying to fix the o2 lately. (new one failed miserably) went back to old one and blow torched it.
With the hood up and checking for leaks i could hear it tick. Then it would just go away. I didnt leave engine running too long to see if it would come back

I have a 95 850T with the same intermittent ticking. I don't know what it is either. I have isolated the sound to under the plastic cover near the throttle components. It has been doing this for over a year. It hasn't gotten any better or worse.

I hope you can figure it out and please let me know.

I have a similiar ticking. My mechanic told me it was the fuel injectors which is normal.
