Replaced the fuse but keeps on burning. It is winter now just need your suggestion/ideas so don't have to freeze in car. Is this is something that was recalled? Thank you in advance.

I have a 96 850 turbo wagon. I just had the seats fixed today under the recall. Both are working fine now. I would call the dealer and see if you car is eligable.

I have a 850 1996 wagon with heated seats and the dealer just told me that in fact there was a recall. Something about a short in the seat warmer and they could catch on fire. Nothing ASAP fix he said just whenever I got the chance to bring it in. He said along the lines of 2 hours of labor, of course free due to the recall. I would check they are probably the same design as the 1995.
