A/C Fan V70-XC70 2000

Having a problem with a/c lights flashing. The fan works somedays and not others. What should I look for?

The flashing lights indicate that the A/C controller has detected a fault. The exact fault can be diagnosed using the OBDII diagnostic tool.
On my car the fault was due to a duff cabin temperature sensor.
