Alignment needed after replacing axel? 850

Hi Fellow Volvo Fans,
I replaced the right front axel on my 1993 850. I just got an alignment 2 weeks ago. Do I need to redo the alignment?
Thanks,
Denise

depends.... 850

It depends on how to removed the axle. If you removed the 2 lower strut to bearing housing assembly AND didn't mark it properly before, it's possible that your camber is now off from where it was before.
If you removed the 2 control arm to subframe bolts instead, then no need for an alignment whatsoever.

Usually when you change something on the front end they recommend an alignment.

I, myself would only bring it in if there is a drift or any signs of tire wear.
I've gotten away without having to alignments on alot of cars that I've had.
