removing turbo down pipe to get to rotor and cap V70-XC70 1998

Hopefully I posted this right. I am going to change the cap and rotor on my R AWD. However, the turbo downpipe is in the way. What is the correct way to remove the pipe and what else needs to be removed to get to the cap and rotor and replace them?

    Just remove the top of the air cleaner and move it out of the way, then unclip the lower part of the aircleaner box (just pull up and away from the firewall), unscrew the two screw for the turbo controller. From there it's easy.
