What do I need to get into the 13s?

I want to get my 94 850 turbo to do a sub 14 second quarter mile pass. What needs to be done? I have raced it once, and netted only a 15.5 with a 2.4 60ft. This was in the heat of last summer(Texas) with a trunk load of crap, and 180,000 miles on the clock. What i'm really looking for is over 320hp. Help is greatly appreciated.

Just load up on the mods:

ECU
Down pipe
Cat back
MBC
aquamist

and maybe even a bigger turbo!

A chip will get you to 285hp maybe more, BUT I was told by someone at IPDUSA that the transaxle cannot withstand anymore than 317hp or it will break.

Keep this in mind for your own sake.

What kind of chip can net that much of a gain?
