Just had my 120k last Sept. Here's what they changed:

Oil, oil filter, oil cap seal, oil plug seal
    Brake fluid
    Coolant
    Air filter
    Flame trap
    Thermostat
    Spark plugs
    Fuel filter
    Serp. belt

Parts were 146, labor was 277. Indy shop. Took one day.

You might want to ask them exactly what they plan to do for $700. Just off the top of my head I think it mainly involves an oil change and the spark plugs, engine air and ECU filters and the serpentine belt. I'm sure they could get it up to $700 if they tried, say by changing the coolant, brake fluid and ATF, cleaning the throttle body and a lot for "inspection" which may involve drinking a cup of coffee while looking up at the bottom of the car while it's on a lift. But geesh, I'd either try an indy Volvo garage or have them whittle the services down to the ones you really need.
