Rear engine upper Urethane bushing markings? V70-XC70 1998

I am in the middle of replacing the broken OEM rubber bushing with the yellow urethane 2 pieces bushings.
The bushings have an arrow, that I suppose need to align to each other, but does the arrow needs to be pointing to a particular direction?
Also what's the tightening torque of this bolt?

    I think the arrows should point to the firewall. If i'm remembering right, the torque should be 36 lb/ft. However, you'd better check with the haynes manual if you have it.
