Does anyone know if the Service Manual for the V70 2003 is available on CD-ROM? Thanks.

I do not like how Volvo NA is handling the service manual issue. Volvo needs to know that there are plenty of owners that would like the manual.

Hey Kid Hauler, Volvo of America just sent me a CD-ROM of wiring diagrams for the 2003 models. V70/XC70/XC90. It was complementary if I review it and comment on ease of use. Maybe they also have what you are looking for...

It was shipped from a Company named KEN COOK CO. I don't see a ph. no. just an address. 9929 W. Silver Spring Dr. PO Box 25267 Milwaukee, WI. 53225

The P/N on the CD is: TP3964032 It shows all wiring diagrams, component locations etc. hth, Tom

No they aren't available to the general public. you have to purchase online access at the Volvo Technical website (volvovira.com). you can choose the areas that you want to access i.e engine, electrical, etc... and if you want total access for all of the shop manuals it will cost you $1500.00 (U.S.) and an annual renewel fee of $100.00.

Bingo ! so the dealers can line their pockets with our money! We (Volvo owners) are getting the shaft. that's for sure.
