OBD II & reset service light tool. C70

Any Bricksboarders know of an inexpensive OBD II or reset service light tool for a '98 C70? I am doing my own servicing on my vehicle and I would like to buy the simplest code reader or reset tool out on the market. I am not ready to buy IPD's reset tool. Any help with this?
Thanks.

The OBD II reader won't reset the service light and the service
reset tool won't clear OBD II codes. If I had to pick one, I'd get an
OBD II reader (since you know what the service light means but don't
know what a check engine light means). The same OBD II reader that
IPD sells is available from other sources for 30 to 40 dollars less
(in case that drops it into your price range). Go to google.com and
search on "equus obd II code reader" to find it. One place had
it for $135.

I believe you would need both the code scanner and the iPd reset tool.

You can buy 100 rolls of the finest 3M black electrical tape for the cost of iPd's tool.

Or as has been suggested here before, one can just remove the bulb. A simple, yet effective solution. I plan on doing this the next time I need to take my dashboard apart.
