Windshield Washer Nozzle

I've seen a few posts about the new style of the windshield washer nozzle that is more efficient than the old one. I'm referring to PN 6816437. Where can you buy them? I couldn't find them on IPD.

Also how do you remove the old ones to get the new ones in?
