Dripping Sun Roof 850 1997

I noticed a few drops of rain entering my car via the sunroof last night (passenger side front corner I think). Today I looked more closely and the steel plate between the glass and the rubber seal is all rusty. Obviously I have had an ongoing leak. Any suggetsions how to fix this? Can I buy a complete new seal?

Are the drain holes clear? Maybe a blowout of those holes, clean the rust off, and repaint with some good paint ( In that location, even Rustoleum) may be in order. The fact that there is rust kinda says that the holes are plugged and not draining, hence the rust...

Unless the rubber gasket has failed, letting too much water in.
