Sounds fishy to me: My '95 850 Turbo sedan came standard with a fuel
computer, so I read the mileage on a LCD, I don't calculate it.

If you say so (or you use the throttle like a binary switch). If mine got
mileage that poor (it never has), I'd take it apart to find out what was
wrong with it.
I have to push it pretty hard to get the mpg much below 20 in this city; I
don't think I've ever gotten it below 18. I don't use the AC very much, but
I compensate by using some drive-throughs...
On the highway -- where I like to keep my Cruise Rating System number (avg mph
+ avg mpg) above 100 -- 24-26 is the norm, but I've seen higher.
