Wheel Alignment S80 1999

My Wife ran our car over a curb and blew the tire. I had the wheels aligned only two weeks prior to this incident. The car is tracking straight, however the steering wheel is apox. 15 degrees off center to right when driving. Do I need to get another $80.00 wheel alignment, or can the steering wheel just be adjusted by the tech. at Volvo.
Also, the two new tires that were installed were put on the rear at the recommendation of the tire shop, I would of figured they would of gone in front, since it is a front wheel drive.
Thanks, Dave

If the pothole caused the steering wheel to move off center when it was previously centered before, then something is bent or has moved, thus another alignment is necessary.
The best, newest tires should always go in front on a FWD car and any tire should know that too.
