Question on : Window tinting on V70-XC70 2002

I have a question regarding window tinting on my 2002 V70, the passenger side rear window (in the cargo area) has an antenna attached on the inside surface of the window. my qusetion is: can you apply window tinting over the antenna? will it adhere ? anybody out there have any experience with this situation ? I am very eager to have my windows tinted because it looks so good on the v70's. however, i don't want it to look like crap because of the tinting not adhering over the surface of the antenna and the resulting bubbling of the tinted film. I'd appreciate any advice.

Question on : Window tinting on V70-XC70 2002

I have a 20% tint all around on our 2001 V70 T5. Had it done by an auto glass shop here in Germany right after we got the car in May 2000. Looks great and no problems with adhesion. Only problem will be how legal the tint is when we move back to the States next year.

Yes it can be done. I had the glass tinted on my R wagon, looks good, even over antennas.

Can you tell me roughly how much you paid for the tinting?
