Does anybody know what wrong when both ABS & TRACS OFF lights comes on at the same time?

I had the same problem about a year ago. The dealer diagnoised the problem as a faulty ABS control unit. Be prepared to drop about $400 for the unit and about 100 to 150 in labor. OUCH!

It's most likely your ABS control unit. You might have to get it replaced. Not cheap.

It will probably have rear ABS sensor codes but is caused by (most likely) a bad
ABS control unit as it's a fairly common problem.
