Problems starting 850 1993

I have a 93 Volvo 850GLT and every morning when I go to start my car I have to REV the engine for about a minute or else the car will stall out. I put some fuel injector cleaner in my tank, but that doesnt seem to be solving my problem. I thought maybe the fuel filter needed to be cleaned, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

    See if you have any A-2 codes. The idle air control valve could be malfunctioning or the engine temp sensor or you may have a vacuum leak.
