Dave,
as a fellow Retailer, I can definitely say great things about them (cannot say the same about CERTAIN Volvo Retailers out there). They are very good people, they are known to be straight shooters and their CSI is extremely high. For whatever it is worth, I would bet that you would be happy buying a car from them.
As far as the post below, regarding the "bugs of 2001 V70s", I will disagree with the comment as I have not seen any serious problems/bugs with either model year...My car, aside from replacing one of the remotes under warranty, has been 100% problem-free since day 1. But I will agree with the comment that a 2002 model may be a bit quicker than a 2001. In an automatic, you will barely notice the difference. If you are considering a manual transmission car then, yes, the 2002 will have better throttle response (it will not be faster overall). The biggest difference has been found in the 2002 S60/V70 2.4Ts/XCs/AWDs, S60/V70 T5Ms and S80 2.9s. The rest of the cars, feel pretty much the same between 2001 and 2002.
