Front windscreen wiper blades V70-XC70 1999

Has anybody fitted longer blades than the standard 21" There seems to be space for perhaps 23" I am quite tall and the current blades don't sweep the top of the windscreen and so my forward vision is poor in wet conditions? Would one longer blade (driver) and one standard blade (passenger) upset the balance of the motor operation?

Disappointed to have received no advice from the forum. However I have now bought a 24" blade and fitted it to the drivers side. It does fit and it looks as if it will improve forward vision considerably.
