I recently replaced the nozzle assembly on my headlamp wiper. How does one adjust the nozzles?

...........another option for the S40 folks is to replace the nozzles with the ones of of the 70 series! The base is the same size, they pop right in abd give a much stronger, wider spray pattern.......and you also use more fluid...Bill

I've always stuck a stickpin/needle into the hole to adjust mine.

try using a fine drill bit instead
twist the bit into the hole to keep gunk from being pushed further into the nozzle

Thanks for the reply's. I have used a pin in the past but these do not seem to move very easily. Will give the drill a try, it will be stiffer than pin.
