My 99 V-70 Went to the Louisville, KY Pull-a-Part Today V70-XC70

My 99 V-70 Went to the Louisville, KY Pull-a-Part Today, so if you need parts I can give you the inside story on the car. It is a white non-turbo wagon, and although it is a 99, it does NOT have variable valve timing. It is an automatic and has almost 257,000 miles on it. Respond back here if you have questions.

The Pull-a-Part phone number is 502-375-9375, and you can check their inventory on line to see when it is available. The car is white, has a broken right lower tail light lens, and the bottom rear corner of the driver’s side front door is slightly crumpled. The VIN # is YV1 LW55A 4X259 8838. Here is the P-a-P website that should open to the inventory check page: https://www.pullapart.com/locations/louisville/

Sad. I have a '98 with 254K miles and am hesitating making the decision to send it to the yard. It runs, but needs work and has rust to the point that I wouldn't want to sell it to another person. I'll drive it until it dies, I guess. Great car! Non-turbo, automatic. Bought it for $1500 in 2014 with 199K miles on it. Has needed only brakes, a wheel bearing, a few front suspension parts, a heater core, and a radiator in over eight years. I've done a lot of the work myself and have grown fond of the old girl.

That sounds like a similar history to mine, kcookvt. I got mine in 2013 with just shy of 197,000 on it. But, mine had no body rust. The rear bumper mount did rust.
