Door locks V70-XC70

m still sorting out the door lock situation for my 2013 S60. Computer says "DOOR OPEN", thus cannot lock the car. You can manually lock the drivers door (the door affected by this), but the remainder of the doors cannot be locked! I'll assume it's the door actuator or a break in the wire in the door frame.
Does anyone know what color wire in the bundle is the door lock? If I open the cable wrap, it will just be a mass of wires!
Also...in researching for the actuator, it states "Deadlocked' as a filter. What does that mean? Is my door one of those? Heck...I just want to fix the darn door...it's 40 degrees outside and I will be working in the cold...

It's a good thing you don't live in Minnesota! To lock a car around here, just pour water around the door jam!

Wire coloring changes with Volvos, not just year to year, but month to month depending on the supply chain. The only way I know how to check your situation is to manually lock your car - with the door OPEN. Use a screwdriver and move the latch. The 850/70 cars had a small microswitch at the latch and if that was moved, the car thought the door was closed. There were times the micro switch would not move and the door remained OPEN.

Other than that, you will need to remove the door panel to find the wires and colors.
