Mild hesitation on almost new 99 S70. S70

If it the car has been sitting for long periods of time it could be bad gas. Before tackling the throttle body, you could try putting a bottle of Chevron Techron concentrated fuel system cleaner in it with a full tank of premium gas. Or perhaps a bottle of BGK or Marvel Mystery Oil.
