Since there were no answers to my post, I'll provide an update. The MAP sensor (AKA turbo boost sensor) on the 2005 S40 t5 is located on the passenger (right) side of the intercooler. Pop the plastic panel off the right hand fog light and you're looking at it. I changed this and have not seen a CEL for the last week. Here's hoping!
