'97 850 turbo radiator replacement

Friends, it has been many moons since I posted... and usually, I'm trying to answer a question. Now I'm asking.

I'm trying to remove the radiator from my '97 850 turbo GLT... and I cannot figure out how to either lift the old radiator out or drop it down. There's always something in the way, including the AC condenser and the intercooler. On the driver's side is an air pump; on the passg side is an AC hose (very firm) and a large, rigid wire conduit. I really don't want to remove either (already suffered rusty bolts snapping off).

Has someone solved this puzzle and would care to share?

Most of us drop the radiator down, typical ramps give enough clearance. The intercooler and radiator both drop out, the condenser does not move.

This is a bit long, nothing happens for the first 5 minutes:

Keeping it running is better than buying new

Thanks.... I'll look at it again with a clearer head. I seem to recall that something in addition to the pump blocked the radiator dropping down. But, I also didn't try bring the rad & I/C down as a package.
