Ugh, Fix-A-Flat, Slime or whatever.
I worked in a power equipment shop. Couldn't believe how many people use that stuff. It was awful to deal with when changing that flat tire that someone tried fixing with "goop". In our experience, it rarely worked.
The stuff was so irritating to work with that we'd charge double the labor when having to clean that stuff off a rim or tire.
Fix it right as KlausC said. Rim sealer is sometimes doable, but a tire removal and diagnosis is the right way to solve the problem - not "patch in a can".
