Just saw your post. I have a 2010 XC60 T6 AWD which I bought three years ago with 95,000km (60k mi). Zero issues so far, but the car was in excellent condition - obviously a careful previous owner.
Right after purchase I had a Volvo dealer do their "major" 96k km's service (spark plugs, all filters, oil change, optional transmission flush, coolant flush, other stuff, and they gave me a "free" software upgrade of some sort. Not inexpensive, but there's not a lot of owner-capable servicing on this car.
Been a great vehicle (my 5th Volvo) and wonderful highway cruiser. Now showing 138k km.
Sadly, I hit a fully grown adult elk (400-500 lb) on the highway at night just a few days ago, so now waiting to see if the ins. co. will fix or write off. A lot of expensive stuff in the front is smashed and the driver airbag deployed. I hope they decide to repair it - great car and I want it back.
Like all newer cars it is a very complex machine and much of your satisfaction with it will depend on how it was treated by PO's.
