low idle 750 rpm, v70 V70-XC70 2003

idles at 750 rpms. Had problem with bad coil on #3 cylinder. Replaced and
remmoved battery cable for 1 hour and replaced to clear fault. Check engine
light went away and low rpm remains.

You might have a dirty throttle body, restricting air flow at idle. Or a dirty air filter?

I would love to see 750 rpms on my 850 instead of 900 rpms.

Is 900 spec, Klaus? Is that T5, or all?

My '98 S70 with the IPD ECU upgrade increases the idle, so there is more tendency to move than normal (which is annoying) - but I thought (without checking) that it is about 900. I can't remember what my '95 T5 was either, but I thought it was 800-850. Maybe my memory is off. I could get off my duff and check the S70, but this seat is so comfortable...

Newer cars have lower idle speeds. The 850's used to average 900-950, same for the 1998 S/V/R70.
