glass sunroof replaced

I had the glass part of the sunroof replaced by my Volvo shop due to rusting of the frame around it. I was thinking of doing it myself since I saw somewhere that it was just a 15-30 minute job.

The used glass was $100 and in excellent condition but I didn't know what my Volvo shop would charge for labor. In the end they charged me 1-hour labor, $100.

My question is, did I get screwed with the labor part?

Just make sure to clean the 4 drains from the sunroof. The 2 drains in the trunk get full of stuff or mud.

Not really. My dealer charges around $130/hour and the minimum for a 'mechanic' is one hour.

Yes, with a T25 and about 1 hour, you could have done it yourself.
