I called a local dealer in Portland, and the 93's are quirky.

If the engine # was below 123K (or something) it's the same Auxiliary Serpentine Belt Tensioner as the manuals. Mine is 75K, so mine is the manual tensioner.

I'm going to post that on their reviews section, so others don't make the same mistake I did.
