A few months ago I had the A/C compressor replaced. Everything has been fine until now. Today when I started the car the fan came on even though the switch was in the off position and it won't turn off. Even though the fan is blowing there is no cool air. Any ideas?

sounds like your control panel shorted out. Probably are going to need to get a shop involved.
