Brake warning light after line replacement S70 1998

My passenger side front brake line ruptured a couple weeks back causing my brake warning indicator to illuminate and stay on.

I got the car safely parked. Dealer replacement line arrived today, so I removed the old hard line and fitted the new one (that was *not* fun!).

After bleeding out the system with my Motive Power Bleeder, the light stays stuck on.

Does this simply mean that I still have air in the system or is the warning light an indicator that requires some sort of re-set?

Brake warning light after line replacement S70 1998

I was always under the impression that the brake warning light came on only if the fluid was low - there are wires in the cap. Perhaps the float is stuck on the bottom of the dipstick cap?

We have a winner.

Thanks again Klaus! I owe you a beer or two for all the help you've given me :)
