So I got the tailgate on my V70 painted over the weekend. When I picked it up I noticed that the lettering was put on crooked and with the incorrect spacing. I took the letters and numbers off. Now I need to put them back on but where do I start? Can someone please measure theirs from reference points on the gate so that I put them back in the right place? Many thanks to whoever can help me with this because it is driving me nuts! Thank You!

    I don't have a wagon anymore, but you forgot to say which badges. Just the V70 or VOLVO letters? Do you have XC also with AWD?

      Yes it is just the VOLVO on one side and V70 on the right side. No AWD.

        Do what I did. Go to Cars.com and print a photo of a V70 tailgate. Then print it and enlarge it 1% at a time until it is normal size. Then use this as a template to stick your letters back on(use 3M Badge & Emblem). You can trim the photo and use it as a straight edge.
