Spark plugs V70-XC70 2004

2004 xc70, 2.5 turbo. Ipd had NGK OEM in the Volvo packageing for $51. The have the Bosch platinum plugs for $3.50 per. Any difference?

    Hello, I own a 2003 V70 2.4T the manual says Champion so check your owners manual. I have used Volvo and Champion , I prefer the Champion.

    The turbo engine wants copper core plugs, only.

    I have used all kinds and am back to Volvo brand because they last longer, much longer than the others. Just make sure you anti-sieze on the threads.

    OE at Tasca. Don't waste your time or money. These are good plugs and they last a long time.

      every single time over the past 30 yrs that I have bowed to temptation and used Bosch or NGK, I have ended up throwing them away in short time because the motors just don't run like they should. Cannot explain it because we all know that one of the major manufs makes the the OEM plugs with 'Volvo' printed on the porcelin. STICK WITH OEM in the expensive blue box

    Volvo could put any plugs on the market in their cars - and they could charge whatever they want to for those plugs.

    Find the best price for OE and use them.
