Where can I buy replace Bulb for S/V 40 2003 conrol panel? Volvo ask for high price for nothing, are there any normal price replace bulb ?

If you are referring to the control section of the dash above the radio, you are most likely going to have to pony up and pay Volvo their outrageous price for the bulbs. They are nothing more than a miniature 12v bulb, but it is tack welded into a "special" plastic base.

If I happen to find a second source, I will post it.

If we knew which bulbs you are looking for, that would help. Is this for the instrument cluster or the center dash? Your owner's manual has a list of all bulbs near the back.
