What you said here is to empty the drain plug than close it . than fill it up with 4qts than run the engine run the gear..

turn of the engine empty the drain plug .. fill it back up again with 4qts run the engine again... shift the gear I am done ???

Which mean I doing it 2 times only ?

I think you've got it right.

Drain it, fill it (4 qts), start the engine and move the gear selector through the gear range.

Do this 2 more times and the fluid will be clean and red when done (look like new) and it's very easy.

There is some mixing by doing it like that but it's completely safe (as safe as doing your own oil change) and just as easy too. Other than 12 qts of ATF and maybe a new drain plug seal (optional), you'll need no extra parts.

At the final fill, put in slightly less than 4 qts because you don't want to overfill the trans.
