01 S60T5, Rough Idle generic trouble codes P1132, P0141 and P0121

Hello List,

My 01 S60T5 with 320,000 Km's, is a little sick,

I have a rough idle and dies after it starts, I found the following Generic trouble codes after a scan:

P1132, O2 Sensor heating circuit Bank 1 + 2 - sensor 1 short to B+

P0141, O2 Sensor heater circuit Bank 1 sensor 2

P0121, Throttle/pedal Position Sensor Switch, A circuit range performance.

My question is would a bad rear (after the cat/converter) O2 sensor cause these symptoms?

Thx in advance for your help and reply,

Helder

Good morning List,

Klaus and a few other people took the time to help, I want to thank you all for your help on my O2 sensor problem, It's fixed, nice... I replaced both front and rear O2's , running excellentttttto. Front is Bosch and rear is Walker, I never knew walker made O2's, both came with the proper connectors :).

Thx again everybody...

Helder

Yes. Replace the rear O2 sensor with a direct fit Bosh, you do not want to go cheap and splice wires. You might want to check the wiring first to make sure that none of the insulation has rubbed off.

The pedal position sensor is unrelated and separate, I would clear that code and see if it cmes back.

Do not forget to start checking for vacuum leaks. The vacuum elbows are 10 years old.

Klaus,

Thank you so much for your reply. Since It's got 320K Km's (200k Miles)I ordered both front and rear O2 sensors from FCP Groton, I'm not sure if they're Bosch... I hope it works...

Thx again,

Helder
