So I spent all day on a radiator R&R...... The new Nissens radiator leaks coolant at the top oil cooler line-to-tank connection.......... Bubbles right out where the metal fitting goes into the tank.......... Grrrr and !@#$$%^&*&^%%$#@!

So... is there anything I can do besides another R&R ?????

Send the radiator back. You will need another one. Coolant should never flow from there.
