Fuel filter location S70 1999

I'm thinking about tackling some DIY work on my '99 S70 (109k miles) and I would like to do a fuel filter job. I just have a few questions: 1) Where is the location of the filter, and 2) How often does it need to be changed? I believe I'm on the original filter so it's probably time for a change.

    Upper right rear wheel well area, filter is good for about 90K miles. My 1998 with AWD has 2 inspection plates in the rear for access to the filter. Remember to remove the tape on the fittings first.
