transmission and valve has been rebuilt but still have no 3rd gear at all

    Interesting. Who did the rebuild? What year is the car? Is it a 5 speed or 4 speed auto box? What valve was repaired? Is the ATF level at the full mark? Is first/second/reverse normal? Was the internal filter cleaned?
