Its funny, he posts it 3x+ a day and then if it sells he keeps doing it. If it doesn't he claims volvo's don't sell and keeps it up with a different car till it works... I'm thinking you call 3x every day about the car and make him do tons of work on it. Maybe even test drive it every time :-). Also it appears you can stop seeing his by adding -raj -hollywood to your search string. I know this doesn't solve the problem but it makes it less annoying.

According to KBB 9k (it was 9K in August..) isn't terrible for that car, depending on condition of course.

Lastly, if you want to go the dealer route, call Suntrup out in St. Charles. Sometimes they get the older ones (usually I see an '03-'04 when I drive by) and they might have a gem or two. If not, then maybe you can talk one of their salesmen to give you a good deal on a trade-in. For parts those guys give me the best prices I've gotten at a dealer anywhere.
