low fuel pressure V70-XC70 1998

As KlausC said, I did this job not too long ago. Doable but not my favourite DIY job (Italian tuneup anyone?).

That thread lists where to buy a brand new pump on it's own. I got a used assembly complete with pump for $50+shipping from Strandberg Auto. Lovely to deal with.

Get a new pump assembly gasket (between the pump assembly and the tank) - they wear out and leak. Mine was fine until I took everything apart and then never sealed again.

I busted the 'quick connect fittings' taking it apart and putting it back together so many times... so I got new fittings for the vinyl fuel lines at Canadian Tire which has started selling Papco vinyl fuel line repair parts - couplers and clamps and quick connect fittings and everything.

Also get your tank really empty before pulling the pump out - it sits low and all but ~5 liters will spill out all over the floor.
