Noise at driver side front tire when slowing down 850 1995

As I slow down and make a right turn without using the brake I get a very strange squealing sound. I inspected the front brake pads, they are good, Had the Rotor turned and it is good. I suspect it is the CV joint but wondered it anyone else had ever had a similar problem.

With the window down I can hear the power steering pump

when I turn. It makes a slight pumping/squeeling sound.

Any chance that is what you hear?
