Humming noise 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 t5 ** There is a strange whirling noise when I drive. It really starts getting load around 35mph .. The sound is very similar to a truck with large knobby tires driving on pavment .. I know it is not my tires because the sound is still there when I am on a dirt road.. Any ideas?????
