I just picked up a very lovely red 2000 V70 and the lights pulse all the time. My wife drove it last night and said the red light with a battery on it was blinking on and off intermittently. Safe to drive or is the generator about to quit?

    Check the Sbelt tensioner and belt itself. Then clean the battery posts and make sure the cables are clean and tight.
