Lambda Light S40-V40 1999

I got this light in my V40 T4 today, and I have seen earlier mails about

same issue. If this is not critical light and sometimes seem to disappear by itself, maybe it should be possible to reset the electronic somehow to see if it disappears?

Any comments/procedures for doing this?

    Get it to a dealer and have them read the error codes from the ECU. Something is going wrong with your emission control systems or engine control, which switches on the lambda light.

    May be something simple like a sensor going bad, but could be something that might give expensive problems in the long run.
