Is Engine Splash Guard Cover standard equip on '94 850? 850

I am doing some extensive suspension work on a '94 850 and I do not find this item present on the car, but Vadis shows it. I have ordered it and the mounting hardware for it, but I can't seem to find features under the car for mounting.

It has 5 screws for mounting, and appears roughly shaped like the engine cradle, but what do the 5 screws thread into if in fact it CAN be mounted to this car?

I believe they all had them, as described in Klaus' post. My '96 N/A has one, withe the two screws through holes in the welded seam making up the lett and right frame rails surrounding the engine bay.

First part to get thrown-away by a careless mechanic.

The air guide under the radiator that is fastened to the bumper covwer at the front edge with clips is NOT what I am referring to.

I am referring to a large plastic cover the covers the bottom side of the motor.

Is this item a standard issue on the '94 960?

Vadis indicates that it is held with 5 screws.

Klaus is referring to the cover under the radiator/intercooler (if so equipped) which was standard equipment on 850 and 70 series. Full flat plastic cover under engine oil pan and transmission started on the cars I work on in model year 2001. It is secured with 8 8x1.25 short bolts into tabs with captured nuts that are part of the subframe. There are no such tabs and nuts on model year 94 to my knowledge. Maybe in Canada. Maybe in Europe. Fabrication and install wouldn't be too hard with MIG welder. Just the kind of fun job I like to do.

My 1995 only had 2 10mm bolts to hold the sides on. 3 clips to hold it to the front bumper.
