Beware !

Volvo suggest a 168 000 km (105 000 miles) interval for timing belt change.

Look at the pictures below.

SCARY !

It's mine at 145 000 km (89 000 miles)

I'm a lucky guy I think. I was changing the oil and I had a look at the next big job on the Volvo. Wow ! Glad I did !

Nice easy 3 hours job.

So guys check on your belts before Volvo suggest it !
