Any one have a source (Not Wal-Mart, please) for good Volvo winter floor mats for an S40? I'd like some rubber ones that hold a lot of the crap we put up with in New England.

Dschenck, go to www.volvoparts.com and find a phone number for the place, then call them (they are in northwest, I believe) and ask for Dan in parts. You'll get genuine Volvo mats for fraction of the cost of going to the dealer in the Boston area. I just got those for my S70 - they are great!

Vladimir, The mats your talking of for the S/V70 are very nice(I got the set of four as a condition of purchase when my car was new), and I switch to them from my stock Volvo OEM mats in winter, but I think I like the ones that are more rigid(sorta like plastic or ABS insted of rubber)better.

If I could find a winter floor mat like the ones I had(also OEM Volvo)in my 244, I would buy them. I think I would want the front ones to have the two holes for the locator pins though....and most(if not all)aftermarket mats of this type do not.

Same answer as the last time. Go to Volvo. You may be able to mail order them, but they fit, they work and they look good.
